Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 90-minute resort preview, there are no other obligations. Primary Travelers must meet the Resorts Qualifications below:

Group Travel

The resort is offering this first-time visitor promotion and will honor only one package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Unfortunately, if you are traveling with others this package cannot be used for this trip, but you can save it for later. Otherwise, there are additional costs associated with group travel.

Credit Card

GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK INTO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.

Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the Presentation a Major Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD, Discover or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Debit Cards, Check Cards, Company Cards).

The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.

Presentation

Attendance to a 90-minute resort preview at the Villa Group Beach Resort the day after arrival to Mexico is required.

Villa Group owners are not eligible for this promotion.

You are not eligible if you have previously attended a presentation at any resort of Villa Group within the last 12 months.

All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation.

Age

Married Couples - at least one of the qualified participants must be between the ages of 30-70 years old.

Legally single women - must be between 30 to 70 years of age.

Legally single men - must be between 35 and 59 years of age.

Income

Minimum $50,000 USD Annual Income (singles must meet this qualification on their own, combined income for married couples).

Must be employed full-time. Part-time employment does not qualify.

RETIREES ALLOWED if full-time retired, and not working at all.

Must not be a full-time student.

Language

All qualified participants must be able to read, speak, write and understand fluently in either English or Spanish.

Identification

The qualified person must present a major credit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.

Married couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).

Marital Status

Offer is valid for married couples, legally single women and legally single men.)

If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.

Countries

Offer is valid only for residents of the USA or Canada who meet all other qualifications.

French Canadians, Quebec residents or Quebec born Canadian citizens do not qualify for this promotion.

Valid USA or Canadian government-issued ID must be presented by all guests

Legally Single Men and Women cannot travel with guests that reside in Mexico.

Confirmation Process

You will be receiving a phone call and / or email from our resort partner within 3 to 7 business days, to confirm your acknowledgement of the terms and conditions and issue you a formal hotel confirmation. If you have chosen Open Dates, you will not receive a confirmation number until you select your travel dates.

Resort Fees

There will be a $29.95 per night Resort Fee. This fee covers items such as resort amenities, organized activities, beach towels and more. The resort fee will be paid during the Welcome Call and PRIOR to receiving a final confirmation number from the resort. Please remember the resort will not release the confirmation until this fee has been paid.

Additional Terms

When traveling to Cabo the participants MUST spend their first night in Mexico at the Villa del Palmar Cabo or this promotion will be voided. This offer can NOT be used consecutively with any other resort stays in Mexico.

Participants that have attended any other resort preview in the past 6 months are not eligible for this promotion.

Current Villa Group Vacation Ownership, owners and guests that have previously attended any resort of Villa Group promotion and individuals or employees who work in the following industries: Hospitality, Military, Travel Agency, Timeshare related and Airline employees are NOT eligible for this vacation package offer.

Individuals who own real estate (including timeshare, fractional or full ownership property interests) in any city in which a Villa Resort is located including Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Cancun and Loreto are not eligible.

Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. If Resort Vacations International believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.

Rescheduling Policy

You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $199 dollar fee. You have 36 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
