Primary Travelers must meet the Resort`s Qualifications below:

Group Travel
The resort is offering this first-time visitor promotion and will honor only one package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Unfortunately, if you are traveling with others this package cannot be used for this trip, but you can save it for later. Otherwise, there are additional costs associated with group travel.

Credit Card
MARRIED & COHAB GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID MAJOR CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
LEGALLY SINGLE WOMEN MUST HAVE A MAJOR CREDIT CARD.
PRE-PAID & RE-LOADABLE DEBIT CARDS DO NOT QUALIFY AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN.
Customer must have a valid credit or debit card in their name with an available line of credit to hold $100 resort security deposit upon check-in. Security deposit will be released at check out.
Qualified customers Must bring with them to the Presentation Major Credit or Debit Card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Company Cards or Discover Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. EXPIRED cards DO NOT QUALIFY.

Presentation
Attendance up to a 120-minute resort preview at The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod is required. You are not eligible if you have previously attended a presentation at The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod.
Must tour with spouse/fiancé/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.

Age
Married or Cohabitating couples- one must at least 25.

Legally Single Women must be at least 25.

Income
Married & Cohabitating Couples must have a Minimum $50,000 USD Annual Income.
Legally Single Women must have a Minimum $50,000 USD Annual Income.
Must not be in the process of bankruptcy. Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify, however, Retired Military with Military Pensions that meet other qualifications are accepted.
SELF-EMPLOYED must bring a business card that has the name of the business and their name on it to show at check-in or will be subject to the penalty and void the promotional rate. No at home businesses; Uber/Lift driver, dog walker, artist, Avon representative, and the like.
Income excludes any and all income derived from unemployment, alimony, child support, Social Security, temporary/permanent disability, commissions, real estate commissions, real estate investments, rental income property, 401K earnings, annuities, CDs, home equity funds, insurance, inheritances, mutual funds, royalties, savings accounts, Stocks, or tips.

Language
Both qualified participants must be fluent in English without the help of an interpreter.

Identification
Married and cohabitating couples must present a major credit card or debit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.
Legally Single Women must present a major credit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.
Married and cohabitating couples must bring with them proof of such (Government-issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).
SELF-EMPLOYED must bring a business card with their name on it to show at check-in.

Marital Status
Offer is valid for Married or Cohabitating couples and Legally Single Women.
Cohabitating couples must have a minimum of 12 months living together and bring government-issued IDS with matching addresses.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.
If you are cohabitating with a partner, that partner must travel and attend presentation. You cannot offer to qualify as a single if partner does not attend.

Countries
US, Canadian, Australia & New Zealand citizens are accepted. (Must provide passport or NEXUS card for Canadians)

Resort Fee
There is a $36.00 (plus tax) daily resort fee.
The resort fee includes: Discounted entry fee for SkyPod*, Discounts on attractions, dining and entertainment, 24-hour Fitness Center access, Complimentary local and toll free calls, Free Parking and Free Valet

Additional Terms
Same sex couples must meet the requirements of Married/Cohabs.

Cannot have toured with Wyndham Resort in the past 6 months. No Quenelles.

CANNOT be a timeshare sales or marketing & employee of a timeshare exchange company (RCI) 

Married and Cohab Couples must tour together & show proof of Cohab.

Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 36 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.

Persons who are currently going through bankruptcy or foreclosure process, are not qualified for this promotional offer.

In some cases, additional surcharges or fees may be required after purchase of package. Prices may vary depending on travel dates selected.
