Terms and Conditions

Cancellation of reservations: 

Late cancellations are subject to fees depending on the hotel’s policies and travel dates, and reservations within 7 days are non-refundable. Please read the terms and conditions of your package and reservation confirmation. Should you have any questions, simply phone 877-545-5815.

Once your package is active and your reservation is confirmed, your 30 days right to cancel is null and void.

Cancellations of confirmed reservations made between 30 to 8 calendar days prior to the arrival date will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. All cancellations made within 7 calendar days or less prior to arrival dates are non-refundable. 

If you do not arrive on your confirmed date will result in the forfeiture of all funds paid.

Additional cancellation penalties will apply for certain upgrades.

Booking MVP pays for all hotel accommodation and cruise ship expenses included in package in advance and must forfeit deposits in the event of a cancellation as listed above.
