This offer is designed for individuals who are married or cohabitating couples with a verifiable annual household income of

$60,000 USD (Cocoa Beach, Las Vegas, Orlando, Williamsburg)

$50,000 USD (Branson, Gatlinburg, Myrtle Beach)

Singles must have a verifiable income of

$75,000 (Orlando)

$100,000 (Branson, Cocoa Beach, Gatlinburg, Las Vegas, Myrtle Beach, Williamsburg)

Income must not include unemployment, disability, social security, child support, alimony, overtime, tips, bonuses, commission or income from rental property.

Business owners must provide proof of business. Proof of business accepted are business license, business card, website and business credit card. Social media pages are not accepted as proof of ownership.

Home-based businesses, such as daycares, salons, Avon, flat tummy tea or social media retail boutiques are not accepted.

Realtors, sales or other commission related jobs are not accepted. If pay is base plus commissions, base pay must meet qualified income requirements.

Uber, Lyft, Postmates, Uber Eats or similar transportation-based jobs are not accepted.

Retired individuals must meet income requirement solely from pension.  

Qualified married or cohabitating couples are individuals between the ages of

28 to 68 (Cocoa Beach, Orlando, Williamsburg)

28 to 72 (Branson, Gatlinburg, Las Vegas, Myrtle Beach)

Qualified singles are individuals between the ages of 30 to 65

Married or cohabitating couples must attend presentation together and present a valid debit card or major credit card (no pre-paid or reloadable cards accepted). Single individuals must attend presentation alone and have a valid major credit card (no pre-paid or reloadable cards accepted).

Married and cohabitating couples must provide proof of matching address. Proof of address include valid government ID/driver’s license with matching address, utility bill (gas, water, electric ONLY and at least 60 days old), bank or credit card statement with both names on it or matching address (at least 60 days old) and home insurance. *Lease, rental agreement or cable bills are not accepted.

This offer is open to citizens of the United States and countries where registered. Qualified participants traveling to Orlando must speak English or Spanish fluently; if traveling to any of the other resort locations, participants must speak English fluently.

Qualified participants are responsible for all resort fees and taxes. Resort fees, security deposit and taxes are paid at the resort, upon check-in.

Reservation cancellation must be made 72 hours before arrival date. If cancellation request is made less than 72 hours of arrival, participant will be charged one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes.

If participant no shows to the resort (does not request cancellation and does not arrive at resort on arrival date), participant will be charged a No-Show Fee of $125. If customer requests refund after not showing up, fee will be deducted from package price.

If participant does not attend and complete tour/presentation you will be charged a $350 No Tour Fee.

Group travel, traveling in groups on separate packages, is not allowed and participants are subject to No Tour Fee.

Residents who reside within sixty (60) miles of the resort destination are not qualified for this offer.

Residents of Brevard County, FL do not qualify for Cocoa Beach. Singles from Florida or Georgia do not qualify for Cocoa Beach.

Residents of Brevard, Lake Osceola, Orange, Polk, Seminole or Volusia counties do not qualify for this offer in Orlando.

Singles who reside in Virginia do not qualify for this offer in Williamsburg.

Current or previous Westgate Resorts owners do not qualify for this offer. Children or parents of Westgate Resorts owners do not qualify for this offer.

Westgate Resorts employees or their immediate family members do not qualify for this offer.

Persons who have toured with Westgate Travel Club do not qualify for this offer.

Persons who have toured Westgate Resorts twice in a lifetime do not qualify for this offer. Qualified participants must wait a full twelve (12) months before touring the same destination they have previously toured and six (6) months if touring a different destination. Second tour/presentations are offered during value and standard seasons only. Qualified participants only are allowed one (1) tour during peak and holiday season.

Persons who are currently going through bankruptcy or foreclosure process, are not qualified for this promotional offer.
