This package promotion includes all meals, drinks and non-motorized activities. The discounted package price is for 2 adults and 2 children 11 and under. Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 90-120 minute resort preview, there are no other obligations. Primary Travelers must meet the Resort`s Qualifications below:

Group Travel

Group travel is permitted under this promotion. The Resort will honor only up to TWO promotional packages per qualified family, friends, acquaintances or known groups to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates.

Single women are not eligible for Group Travel.

Failure to comply with the Group Travel restriction, circumventing this restriction, or misrepresenting your intended itinerary are all violations of the Terms and Conditions.

Violation of the Group Travel restriction will result in one of the following:

Customer will be charged the full rack rate per night, plus monies previously paid and/or owing.

Your reservation will be moved to another comparable resort, if available.

Credit Card

GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.

Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the Presentation a Major Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Debit Cards, Check Cards, Company Cards or Discover Cards).

Presentation

Attendance to a 90-120 minute vacation ownership presentation at Krystal Cancun is required.

Activities (excursions) should not be planned until your preview time has been scheduled with the Resort.

You are not eligible if you have previously attended a presentation at the Krystal Resort, Cancun.

Participants that have attended any other resort preview in the past 12 months are not eligible for this promotion.

Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.

Age

Married or cohabitating couples - BOTH participants person must be between the ages of 30 and 70.

Retirees are accepted between the ages of 45 to 60 as long as income and all other qualifications are met. Retired single women are not eligible.

Gay couples both between the ages of 30 - 70 with Matching I.D.s

Legally Single Women between the ages of 32 to 60 years old with an annual income that meets or exceeds 50K USD are eligible. Single women are not eligible for group travel, and may only bring an immediate family member, not a friend.

Single men do not qualify.

Income

Minimum of $60,000 USD Annual Income is required. Singles must meet this qualification on their own, or combined annual income for married or cohabiting couples.

Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify, Retirees accepted between the ages of 45 - 60 if they make the income and meet all the other qualifications.

Single Women must be employed full time.

Full time students are not eligible for this offer.

Language

Both qualified participants must be able to fluently speak, read and understand either English or Spanish.

Identification

At least one participant must have a US/Canadian passport.

The qualified person must present a major credit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.

Married or cohabitating couples must bring with them proof of such (government-issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).

Marital Status

Offer is valid for married, cohabitating and same-sex couples and legally single women from the US/Canada.

Cohabitating couples must have a minimum of 5 years living together and bring government-issued IDS with matching addresses.

Single Women from Mexico are not eligible.

All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).

If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.

If you are cohabitating with a partner, that partner must travel and attend a  presentation. You cannot offer to qualify as a single if your partner does not attend.

Countries

Offer is valid only for residents of the United States and Canada.

At least one participant MUST have a valid U.S. or Canadian passport. If another participant does not have a U.S. or Canadian passport must have a Valid U.S. or Canadian government-issued ID with Green Card.

Residents from Puerto Rico and Quebec are not eligible for this promotion.

VIP Customer Welcome Call

To complete the confirmation process, you will need to complete the Resort`s Welcome Call in order to get your flight information and review the terms and conditions.

Your flight info MUST be provided at least 20 days prior to arrival date in order to receive your confirmation. Reservations will not be confirmed until the Resort`s Welcome Call is complete and your flight information has been provided.

Resort Fee

There will be a $21.95 per night Gratuity Fee paid at check-in. This fee covers items such as resort amenities, organized activities, beach towels and more.

Additional Terms

Participants that have attended any other resort preview in the past 12 months are not eligible for this promotion.

This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or for use with another vacation ownership week. Also, this offer is not available to current Resort Vacation Club Members, or to guests who have vacationed with Resort Vacation Club in the past and attended the resort developer sales preview.

This offer is not available to travel agents, retired or active airline, military, hospitality, or vacation ownership industry employees. Participants may not have family or friends living in Cancun.

Participating in another resort promotion while utilizing this vacation offer is prohibited, violating this term will result in automatic disqualification.

Caution: Do not leave a deposit with anyone at the Cancun International Airport. Doing so may invalidate this package.

When traveling to Mexico the participant must spend their first night in Mexico at the Krystal Cancun or this promotion will be voided.

Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. If the resort believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.

Rescheduling Policy

You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 36 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled within the 48 hours prior to arrival there will be a late cancellation fee of $150 USD.
