Primary Travelers must meet the Resort`s Qualifications below:

Group Travel
The resort is offering this first-time visitor promotion and will honor only one package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Unfortunately, if you are traveling with others this package cannot be used for this trip, but you can save it for later. Otherwise, there are additional costs associated with group travel.

Credit Card
MARRIED & COHAB GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID MAJOR CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
LEGALLY SINGLE WOMEN MUST HAVE A MAJOR CREDIT CARD or WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
PRE-PAID & RE-LOADABLE DEBIT CARDS DO NOT QUALIFY AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN.
Customer must have a valid credit or debit card in their name with an available line of credit to hold $100 resort security deposit upon check-in. Security deposit will be released at check out.
Qualified customers Must bring with them to the Presentation Major Credit or Debit Card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Company Cards or Discover Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. EXPIRED cards DO NOT QUALIFY.

Presentation
Attendance to a 90-minute resort preview at Westgate Lakes is required.
You are not eligible if you have previously attended a presentation at Westgate Lakes.
Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.

Age
Married or Cohabitating couples must be in the age range of 28 to 68 years old.
Legally Single Women must be 30 - 65.

Income
Married & Cohabitating Couples must have a Minimum $50,000 USD Annual Income, except during peak Holiday Christmas and New Year’s dates of travel must have a Minimum of $60,000 USD Annual Income.
Legally Single Women must have a Minimum $75,000 USD Annual Income.
Must not be in the process of bankruptcy. Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify, however, retirees that meet other qualifications are accepted.
SELF-EMPLOYED must bring a business card with their name on it to show at check-in or will be subject to the penalty and void the promotional rate. No at home businesses; dog walker, artist, Avon representative, etc.
Income excludes any and all income derived from unemployment, alimony, child support, Social Security, temporary/permanent disability, commissions, real estate commissions, real estate investments, rental property, or tips.

Language
Both qualified participants must be fluent in English or Spanish without the help of an interpreter.

Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit or debit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.
Married and cohabitating couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).

Marital Status
Offer is valid for Married or Cohabitating couples and Legally Single Women, except Single from Florida and Georgia, are NOT eligible.
Cohabitating couples must have a minimum of 12 months living together and bring government issued IDS with matching addresses.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.
If you are cohabitating with a partner, that partner must travel and attend presentation. You cannot offer to qualify as a single if partner does not attend.

Countries
This promotion is for US Citizens only, except residents from the following states are NOT eligible: Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Iowa, Washington and residents of US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
SINGLE WOMEN FROM FLORIDA AND GEORGIA ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THIS PROMOTION.
Residents of the following Florida counties are NOT eligible: Brevard, Lake, Osceola, Orange, Polk, Seminole, Volusia or within a 60-mile radius.
Residents of the following Florida cities are NOT eligible: Hialeah, FL and Pembroke Pines FL.

Additional Terms
Legally Single Women are not eligible during Peak Holiday dates.
Cannot be a travel agent, timeshare agent, Westgate owner or own a Westgate VOA, or a parent or child of an owner, employee or relative of an employee.
Participants that have toured any Westgate Resort location within the last 6 months, or toured a Westgate Resort in this location within the last 12 months, or have participated in a Westgate discounted promotional offer requiring a tour more than twice in a lifetime are NOT ELIGIBLE for the promotional offer.
Cannot have consecutive promotional packages.
Cannot be attending or participating in a sporting event, convention, or family reunion. Any deposits paid for a resort tour or tours scheduled other than ours will result in the reservation being void. Do not pay a deposit anywhere for anything.
Promotional packages sold with tickets will receive tickets after the presentation.
Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. If Resort believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.

Resort Fee
Customer will pay depending on season $5-$15 per night Resort fee and resort taxes at check-in for use all resort amenities/housekeeping.

Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
